HR-Test can be used in patients suspected of having a Type 1 allergic reaction to one or more drugs.
The suspected drug is extracted with PIPES buffer in 30 minutes before use in HR-Test. Every drug is tested in dilutions on a blood sample from the patient and from a non-allergic healthy individual.
