HR-Test can be used in exposed individuals for demonstration of a Type 1 allergy against samples collected at the patients workarea or home.

A sample of 10 mg is extracted in PIPES buffer in 30 minutes and dilutions of this extract are tested on a blood sample from the patient and from a non-allergic healthy individual.
