HISTAREADER™ 501 is dedicated to measuring histamine release (HR-Test) from human basophils and is a cellular supplement to other in-vitro allergy diagnostics.
HISTAREADER™ 501 enables you to offer a complete range of allergy testing i.e. environmental, drug- and food allergies to your customers.
The microtiter format allows preparation of plates according to customer demands.
HISTAREADER™ 501 is a fully integrated instrument with sampler & fluorescense unit.
Sensitivity → 5 ng/mL
Detection range → 0-150 ng Histamine/mL
Capacity → 860 samples per hour
