There are several ways of using HR-Test, either by:
  1. Semi-automatic method, where you perform the first part of the analysis by yourself. Please contact RefLab for information.
  2. Direct method, which is based on allergen induced histamine release from patients own cells. This means that the analysis has to performed within 48 hours after blood drawing.
  3. Passive sensitization method, where patient serum is used for analysis. Passive sensitization allows for testing beyond 48 hours afterblood drawing.
